Economics of this are good - some residential units ( 2 blocks - 28 two bedroom flats ) to help pay for the cost on an ongoing basis. Advantage also in having a Chairman ( Gary Hillman ) who is a builder ...........

Whats the stadium capacity gonna be??  Last i heard it was only meant to be 2000-3000....from that picture it looks quite abit bigger |

This video claims it will only hold 1300 people  Seems abit weird to spend a lot of money on a stadium & it will only just meet minimum standard for Ryman South/North (1300 capacity) |

Planning application says capacity 1316, Wiki says capacity 2,200 ( but who believes Wiki ? - also, original plan had to be amended ( ?? scaled down ?? )).
