Without going too deep into the laws of the game etc. please tell me the things that annoy you in a general game of football.
The thing that really bugs me, and yes this may only be me, is when players deliberately 'shepherd' the ball out for a throw or goal kick, making absolutely no attempt to play the ball while clearly holding off an opponent. Is this not obstruction? If a player blatantly steps across the path with no intention of playing the ball anywhere on the pitch obstruction is given, why not when he is making no attempt to play the ball but stops his opponent from doing so?
Sorry if this is just me................
Anything else that bugs ya?

Agreed 100% about the shepherding the ball out of play. It was always allowed as long as the ball was within playing distance, but not with the outstretched arms and literally holding players off that seems to be allowed nowadays. Any kind of physical contact in that situation should be deemed obstruction.
Another thing that really bugs me is how at corners, goalkeepers can more or less do what they like without conceding a penalty. It seems to me this started with Jens Lehmann at Arsenal. Pretty much every corner against them should have ended up being a penalty when he was in goal.

The stupid rule change in the 90s when goal kicks were able to be taken from anywhere in the box.
Basically gives the 'keeper carte blanche to waste time.
