I would have thought Chelsea do not really need the capacity of Kingsmeadow just for the ladies & youth teams (its not that long ago Chelsea stopped all funding for there Ladies team, Frank Lampard covered there costs out of his own pocket) I do see some mileage in the conspiricy that some members of the Ks board would sooner move. Kingsmeadow is now a too large a stadium for there purpose , and would be to costly to maintain
