given that the library only opened three or fours years back, how the hell did a copy of The Magna Carta - possibly the single greatest piece of English written history, go completely unnoticed?
Surely the 'powers-that-be' did a stock-take/inventory/call it what you will, before moving their archives from the old building to the new one?
