Yesterday at Canvey was the 100th ground I have seen us play at. It has taken 30 years mind. I know people have seen a lot more but i'm quite proud !!!. First was Sutton Utd 1983, favourite Burnley, least favourite close call between Slade Green and East Thurrock..

Congratulations Suffolkstone. I remember the game at Burnley with mixed feelings. I had agreed to meet my son, who was then studying at Sheffield University, at the game. Unfortunately the Maidstone Supporters Coach was held up on the M1, due to road works, and it was half time before we arrived. Unfortunately my son, thinking I would sit, chose a seat whilst I, thinking he would stand, spent the second half in the standing enclosure. Apart from waving to each other,we managed to spend about five minutes together after the game - no mobile phones in those days. How frustrating!

Whitstone, is this possible?

100 Away Grounds is a really good effort ! Porky, who started out this odyssey in 2001 / 2, can list out 84 away grounds + 4 home grounds. First two away's Recreation Way Mildenhall & Bayliss Avenue Thamesmead, which sort of sum up the Kent League days. Ground visited most - Hayes Lane, Bromley for a whopping total of 13 times covering Cray and Bromley. Other 'popular' venues - the aforementioned Bayliss Ave ( x 10 ), Reachfields ( Hythe ) ( x 8 ), The Belmont ( Whitstabubble ) ( x 8 ). Best Ground ? - Stevenage or Woking. Worst Ground ? - you can't really knock places in the Kent League days who struggle with gates of 100. More recently, I haven't enjoyed Bridge Avenue, Hornchurch, perhaps because we always get stuffed there.

After more years watching the Stones then is good for mind or body i have lost count on the total number of different i have visited . Do roped off pitches in the county league count ? Counting London road as two ,the stadium and lower pitch i have seem the Stones play home games on eight different grounds

London Road x 2, Sittingbourne x 2, Ashford, Dartford. What are the other two? We also played a pre season Friendly against Ipswich at Corinthians during our time at Dartford . And the Gallagher Stadium of course . I do not record a home game at Bearsted during the county league days . But did we play a 1st team fixture at Cobdown ?.

My failure to name our current ground was pointed out to me on text last night by the ever-dependable Ant We played at Cobdown against APM because that was the game where I made up a banner about bringing us home or giving us a ground or something and it made the KM.

I only counted away grounds not the 5 home pitches I've seen us play at.
