I like the lad, great prospect, hope he doesn't leave for good. A lot of improvement to come but in the future I could see him as an obvious starting XI player

I think Charley Robertson is an excellent player because he plays with real thought about what he is doing. I don't think he is an excellent prospect. I think he is an excellent player.

We need a proper reserve team, playing regularly in a decent league.
At the moment, players ineligible for the under 21s and not getting regular games in the fist team, don't get any regular football. This is not sustainable, if we want to keep the in-depth squad we have currently.

The problem when we had a reserve team was that they weren't in a strong league. The Kent League Div 1 was just a reserve league, and I would guess that the Ryman under 21 league is stronger, and they can play up to 3 over age players so it should be good enough.
