Once again the issues that keep surfacing tell me why I am not keen to be too high up the leagues.

Good point tho even more reason why it should just be general sale buy as many as you like Yeah I'm not sure why it is one ticket person when it is a 10,000 seat stadium and we have 1000 tickets with a view to asking for more. From looking at ticket info, it's obviously sit where you like. Which is a good thing!

I checked with Maidstone Utd today and Wrexham. The tickets are again one per season ticket or fan club membership but someone else can get the ticket for you as long as they take the season ticket or fan club card. Wrexham also confirmed the tickets will be allocated seating. Parking costs £2 or £3 at the university opposite the ground and rarely fills up. I'd be amazed if all 1000 tickets go but it would be great if they did. COYS.

Why on earth would any Stones fan expect FREE coach travel ? I would not take it up even if it was an option. I am pretty sure Man Utd or Chelsea dont offer free travel for supporters. Bizarre. Whilst they don't offer free travel, they do subsidise it. A recent look at the Chelsea website confirms the cost of travel to Newcastle was only £10, which seems very reasonable to me. But it was never going to be free was it?

This is ridiculous. Look, the club aren't going to supply free coaches, either to the " we went to watch Stones v Bearsted in 1997 so we're the true loyal supporters" brigade, or anyone else. Football is a business. I am quite certain they will be happy to only charge what it costs to hire the things, with the profits made on ticket sales. If you end up paying a tenner for a coach and a few quid more for your ticket, programme and a burger, how does that stack up for the opportunity to watch your team play in Round 2 of the FA Cup against a famous old club like Wrexham? Pretty good value, I'd say. It's got to be better than following the missus around the shops all afternoon looking for a Christmas present for your aunt Doris. If you can't afford it for financial reasons, fair enough. If you're just griping about the total cost of watching such an historic match, it's time to stop the moaning. Phew. Thank God for that, Jayser. I'm pretty sure I missed that game through being stuck on the motorway.

I contacted Wrexham to ask what their seating policy is and was told that they don't operate a system where you have to sit in a certain seat number. You just have to be in the right general area. No need to worry about having different seat numbers to the people you travel with
