I'm a bit fed up with these grass pitch mob. They cancel games when it is cold and play them when it is warmer, blood flows better in the muscles thus aiding the playing of sport etc etc. Surely they have an unfair advantage over us?

Any rain forecast for today and tomorrow is meant to be light and patchy so should not be a problem if forecast correct and the south east misses most of the rain.

OK. Will I be allowed to bring my umbrella ( Although it won't be available to keep the towel )?

I used to live near there. If memory serves, it's low-lying land between two rivers (there used to be a ford on one of the nearby roads too - I fell off my bike trying to cross it in a flood once!), so I guess the pitch is probably more prone than most to get water-logged, and slower to drain.
Rather ironically, it's going to give them a huge advantage over a team used to playing on a superb 3G surface, and struggling to cope with a heavy pitch.
About time grass pitches were banned!

Is the match all ticket, and are there any left? No, its all sold out, with their average attendance of probably about 0 and our amazing away support I think you'll be risking it going to get a ticket at the turnstiles. Best ring in the morning if I were you

Their social club resembles a two floor office block.

Their social club resembles a two floor office block. Ah, you mean the add on to the victorian building. Clubhouse in old part, fitness facilities in newer part.
