Two things ..a Stevenage fan told me last night ,they have only ever been giant killed once before that was by Dorchester years and years ago,so now they know what it feels like .
And 99.9% of Maidstone fans cant even say our scorers name properly,Frannie its definitely not.
Its pronounced Fraaa-knee,Irish and not Italian (cough)

And it was offside - quite noticeably so.
Perhaps when the stand extension is built, we should name it the Andrew Laver or William Bull Stand (the two linesmen - but I don't know which one it was who missed the offside). The William Bull Stand has a certain resonance to it...

The William Bull Stand has a certain resonance to it... I've watched it about 50 times now and I'm still not sure. Benefit of the doubt to the attacker? And he wouldn't be the first linesman to have something named after him.

Glad to hear Paul Foley was in the crowd - wasn't he suffering from ill health a while back?

I believe it was a brain tumor, and yes good to see him at the game I also saw PK and had a chat, his old man would have love being part of this!
