There were some 'sit down Westley' chants coming from the Library end, but I couldn't work out if they were from our fans or theirs!

That was our fans telling him to sit down, I was down that end. Their fans were pretty quiet after we scored our first goal. At the end some of them just stood there staring at the pitch, devastated. Not surprising, really! As they left though, a lot of stones fans were commiserating with them and wishing them good luck for the future - once again, our supporters have been a credit to our club.

He must have been fuming. Back in the day his slogan was AIMITA which stood for Attitude Is More Important Than Ability - it was the name of the holding company for his business interests and plastered all over Farnborough Town's shirts (yes, I know).
There was no more effective a demonstration of that than by Maidstone last night, who showed more motivation and confidence in every part of the pitch.

And their fans wished us well in the next round as they were leaving, which was generous of them in the circumstances.
