They've been at the Gallagher all morning and it's none too shabby. Normally I'd rather jab toothpicks into my ear, but as I've been stuck in traffic all morning I had it on.
Having said that, the talking to supporters bit reminded me of Sky Sports News outside Stokes ground deadline day about 10mins before the window closes. It takes a special breed to be at the ground that early. Probably Town Enders going in early to get their spot - They're all unemployed aren't they?

Well Ernie Munn is well into his 80s and only lives a short walk (although probably not for him) from the ground so not surprised to hear him there this morning. And yes I too would normally rather jab toothpicks in my ears, especially on the day of the Rochester and Strood by-election, but like you I was stuck in traffic and actually it was pretty good coverage, although the bit about players' jobs was a bit of a cliché.
