Penguins, gets my vote. Way more trendy and in loads more documentaries and films. Giraffes are boring and belong in the arm waving over 70's club in the main stand.

Definitely penguins, they snow board much better that giraffes. But I do prefer the climate in Southern Africa.
Anyway better to be a 70 year old in the main stand able to wave your arms than standing in the town end (like penguins) not able to. Although both options have the possibility of keeping you warmer on a cold winter Tuesday night
