Not a single mention of us at all. Loads of Gillingham, Darts, Dover etc. but for a Maidstone website, sadly lacking in anything at all about The Stones. This made me laugh though. A report of Dartford v Welling, headed up with a picture of Watling Street. What a bunch of no hopers their editorial staff are. www.yourmaidstone.co.uk/sport/darts_move_out_of_relegation_zone_1_3844444

To date no reply or even an acknowledgment! Total waste of space

Truly awful.
Maidstone United will be taking to the pitch tonight in their FA Cup first round replay against Stevenage.
The Stones will be hoping to improve on their first showing against Stevenage when they only managed a draw [ yeah that was rubbish, wasn't it?] at the Lamex on November 9.
The match will make history, as it is the first time a 3G pitch – like the one Maidstone have at their Gallagher Stadium – has been used in the main [ proper rounds of the?] FA Cup.
Stevenage boss, Graham Westley, has already complained about 3G pitches, stating that players’ safety and wellbeing could be in jeopardy on [the] artificial surfaces.
Maidstone will be playing in front of a sell-out crowd of 2,500 [no it'll be 2226 again]. The game is also due to be [ sounds like there might be a last-minute change of heart?] broadcast live on BT Sport 1HD from 7.30pm.
