What is a Stevenage!
Fact is Sir Alex winged less than this prick from stevenage and THE OTHER MUFC played a champs league final on it .Westley should remember if its so dangerous why does he let his team train on it.
They had the advantage of there home pitch today.
Cue a million more debates about 3g zzzzzzzzz..im sure there was less when we saw the Champions league final on it a few seasons back.
Stevenage will winge the hell about it,and if we had some old non league mud heap and beat them on it they would winge about that.
Fact is they will winge and moan either way.
Who remembers seeing Yeovils old mud tip of a pitch with a slope and how many league teams came a cropper on that.
Will this little outfit even sell there 332 allocation.

Since you play on what is most likely the same stuff we train on it should be to our advantage actually. Does the surface run faster than grass?

Depends on the weather (seriously). The hotter it is the slower it is.

The 3G surface will suit your passing game I suspect. But as that bloke who left Farnborough minus half a million quid once said,"Attitude is more important than ability".

Indeed, I think the rubber crumb is softer in hot weather.

Think you'll find the pitch in Moscow was relaid to grass for the Champions League final (remember John Terry's penalty - loved it!). I do agree however they can hardly moan about us having home advantage when they had it today and were clearly not the better side!
