Disabled facilities

Hi all,
As I want to start going to away games, what teams that we could possibly face have disabled facilities ?
I don't want to turn up to a away game and have nowhere to go to the to the toilet.
Who has worst facilities ?

You would be better choosing the games you would want go to then phone them and ask if they have disabled facilities
