Incidentally, am I the only one who finds it hard to believe he's only 22? He looks a lot older - he's even got a bit of a tummy in the picture that accompanies this article!
And he looks permanently knackered - towards the end of the game today, I remarked to my daughter that Flisher was clearly shattered from all the effort he'd put in, and she said "how can you tell, he always looks like that!".
