Quite an emotional one for me, as my first ever football game was at Stompond Lane (I also ran for my primary school there - coming second to last both times!).
I don't remember much about it, except that they played in red and I was more interested in the apple trees overhanging the back of the terrace. It certainly didn't spark a life-long interest in football or (thankfully) the Swans. (Coming from a completely non-football family, I was a late starter, only getting into football when we moved to Romford and it was West Ham or death!).
Unfortunately, I missed the start of our first season back home, so also missed our only home game against W&H, and wasn't able to go to the away game, so this will be the first time I've seen my old 'home team' since I was 13 - nearly 50 years ago.
