Time is that we recognise the good work that Jay Saunders and his backroom staff have done so far this year.
The man might not be everyone favorite choice as a manager, but I am sure that he has more than done enough to quiet down the doubters !! ... True he may not be the most vocal but his tactics and know how to change games by introducing subs in the League so far has paid divident.
Well done to Jay, Nicky and Jamie, they are a good working trio for the good of this club !!.

Plenty of people seem to want to see him fail. I cant see what the problem is i think he has done exceptionally so far. No doubt if or when we have a dip the usual suspects will be on here whining all over again.

Quite agree the big improvement on last year has been the pairing of Parky and Rogers in midfield no team has overrun us like last year and both could and should be playing in the conference.

Compared to last season I think we look stronger both physically and mentally and once we have worn teams down through persistence we start to create a lot of chances from around the hour mark onwards. The mental strength has been evident in the two or three games we have won in injury time. The really good work is that we have strength in depth. When a sub comes on the side is not weakened just altered.
