Agree, would be a massive shame to lose Mickey, I love the effort and drive he gives the team. Despite all the great reasons to stay at MUFC, Mickey wants game time obviously and you can't blame him for considering moving.
Agree that he would be wasted at cray, however given the large ex pats from MUFC, he may prefer that. One league apart at mo, cray could possibly drop a division again.

Everyone involve with the club this year must realise that we can only pick 11 players to start the game, and Mickey has had his fair share of knocks (injuries) last year, so with the new guys that have come in it will be hard for him to get an automatic start. It would definitely be a great shame to lose such a good utility player, he has apassion for our club, but it is understandable that he also wants first team football. I hope that he sticks with us and is prepared to take his chances when they come. It was awonderful sight to see how pleased as punch he was when he scored our second goal at Lewes and he is always a nice guy to talk to before or after the game. C'mon Mickey Phillips, you are a valued team player and we all want you to stay at the Gallagher !! Iniesta ! Inestia !!

Just a shame for me that the best midfield partnership from last season (in the league) pre-Christmas are both sat on our bench!
