Hi all,
Just to confirm the majority of remaining packs were posted out today. The exceptions being those who I expect to see on Tuesday so can save on postage, and a couple who's addresses we don't have so will be emailing them for details.

Right, after a few emails I think the mystery of the missing packs has been solved.
The enamel badges took the thickness of the envelopes above the 5mm limit for standard post.
People have been receiving a card/slip to arrange the extra payment, which for single memberships is £1.11, which seems a bit much for 2-3mm!
Obviously we will reimburse if required. Royal Mail have said the slips should have been received by now, but the process does slow down when it becomes a manual issue, so bear with us if you have yet to get yours
I am dreading the bill for the envelopes which had 4 badges in!
Obviously in future, we will not be posting out the badges if it can possibly be avoided! We live and learn

The pack is well worth the wait. Love the badge and the Membership Card looks like Flish has been on the Ready Brek. Great effort chaps !
