Why does a dog owner have to pick up their dogs dump but a horse can dump in the middle of the road and the rider does nothing? Discuss.

So.....can a police dog dump? Police horse can. Cats are the worst. I openly tell my neighbours, if I catch their cat dumping on my garden, I'll return the favour.

Treading in shit is worse than briefly getting it on your tyres not when getting herded down Wembley way can avoid the horse turds. On the plus side you do tend to get plenty of room on public transport on the way home
