It's the iMUSC AGM time!, it will take place tomorrow, Wednesday 18th June at the Spitfire Lounge. The meeting will start at 7pm and is open to all. Hopefully all of your committee will be there to give a lowdown on the past year and our plans for the future, as well as listening to your thoughts and suggestions (the more the merrier!) for how we can move forwards and upwards. We will gladly be fielding questions, however please be aware time may be limited. If you do have any we ask if you could send them accross to the relevant committee member NOW! This way we can try and get them answered throughout the agm itself rather than the Q&A session. Want a question answered, fire it off to a committee member here www.imusc.co.uk/?page_id=1121Come along for the meeting, chat to people you've not seen since the season ended or just kick back and watch some World Cup games on the big TV.

Having had this date pretty much forced on us if we wanted the venue, we are now being hearing that that the car park is expected to be packed tonight so a quick heads up to those driving to arrive early to find a parking space.
See you tonight, Ant

As per what Ant said, hopefully everybody who drives can make it / park somewhere nearby! Just to clarify there is a Player Development Centre & Soccer6s also on tonight - speaking to one of the safety officers he advised the car park will be "rammed" to use the technical term. The PDC starts at 4 and is two sessions (finishes 1930) so unless you time it right (between sessions) I wouldn't pin too much hope on the stadium car park.
We were after a day with nothing else on with the Spitfire Open (yesterday), however the commercial manager said we had to have tonight - so out of our hands I'm afraid!
Sorry for any inconvenience, hopefully this won't deter anybody!

It was very nice of the club to provide us a room for the AGM, the Gallagher is an excellent venue with nice facilities etc.
The added bonus was the bar was open and the Australia/Holland match as showing on that cracking hi-Res projector.

I think the car park issue deterred around 145 of our membership
