From the run in below I can see us potentially picking up 15 points, going unbeaten and building some momentum into the play offs if we're allowed to play. What's everyone's thoughts, am I being stupidly hopeful or is there the potential to turn things around. Billericay (A) 10th D East Thurrock United (H) 20th Bury Town (A) 15th Enfield (A) 21st Bognor (H) 4th Met Police (A) 14th Grays (H) 13th So the unbeaten run in starts, 14 points needed from 6 games. Predicting 3 points and a win at the weekend to build the momentum.

Bognor will be a huge game... we'll have to defend better than we have of late!

We could lose or draw the Bognor game and still (just) do it - all the other games are against bottom half teams.
I'd rather beat Bognor, of course (and I think we might), and I know damn well we won't win all the other games, but in theory...

I think 13 more points will be enough, really need the boys to start with a win at Bury. Each game a cup final now!

My latest over-a-cuppa forecast is Stones 82, Lowestoft 82, Ks 79. All down to goal difference. We have the easiest run-in in theory. Not even bothering to look at AFCH / DHFC / BTFC, assuming they'll take 2nd 3rd and 4th now.
I think there is more chance of Dartford / Ebbsfleet / Tonbridge fans ceasing to post irrational hatred towards us on message boards, than of us going up this year thoguh. And I'm not sure it's a bad thing.

I Hope the good form returns. The pressure will really be on Jay and the team, lets hope they respond,it will be very tough.
Bognor will be massive ,i recall they are bringing good numbers, and have a lot staying for the weekend so this should be a near full house.
First stop Bury

I've just been doing a bit of number crunching (ignoring fixtures) and 82 points was the line I came up with too for the playoffs - 4 wins from 5 needed to be in with a shot!!!

I thought today was a pretty good day for us, but the wrong teams (Bognor and Hornchurch) dropped the points (Kingstonian and Lowestoft would have been better!) and putting the new table into my calculations, my "line" for the play offs is now up from 82 points to at least 83 points (with our goal difference hopefully staying good!) - 3 more wins from 4 games might still be ok...... Of course the 6 pointer against Bognor could upset things a little (hopefully!) and it is still pretty tight......

I really do think we're starting to build a bit of a run now. I still think another 10 points from the last four games will do it and that with the players we've got coming back we're more than capable. If this week could bring a cup victory and a point at Enfield I'd be pleased. Two wins and I'd be delighted. COYS!

Next weeks game vs Enfield will be tough as they have improved & their results of late have been good. I watched Enfield at Hampton Tuesday night and they were dire . Hampton won 2-0 with a player sent off and it could easily have been 4 or 5 . But then again I'm sure they will raise there game for our visit.
