Haven't seen this on your forum, so here it is. Jack Harris has joined Faversham on loan. For more information look on allthingslilywhite.wordpress.com/I believe there are also some quotes from Jay on your website about this (will look soon and add)

I think that's a good move, he looks a little out of his depth in our first team, and could do with some confidence boosting. He's still got plenty of time to prove himself at our level, but perhaps the jump from Kent League to Ryman Premier was bigger than he/Jay thought.

He was really good on debut today (for 80 odd minutes) in our 0-0 draw against Peacehaven & Telscombe.
He reminded me of the man he has replaced in our starting line-up (Luke Harvey).
I feel that, once he understands he is big and strong enough to bully players, he will be a top player.
Like you say, he still has ages to prove himself.
Plus, his reading of the game, tracking back/ covering etc, was superb.

Sounds like we could have done with him! Thanks for the feedback fav lion. Good point for you today, must have been that dodgy surface they trained on Thursday night!

No problem.
Yeah, apparently we trained on some fake grass or something on Thursday.
Stupid idea if you ask me. Can never work....... (can, worms opened... until I say I'M KIDDING).

Might need to keep that can of worms shut, although out of interest did you see either of Favershams games at our place last season?
I thought Jack was just starting to show us what he can do, but he needs games, no doubt about that

I saw all three games against your lot last season.
I didn't like the way the 3G reacts to high crosses. It, obviously, doesn't scuff the pitch at all. I could never get use to that because I like the way pitches react to high crosses for some strange reason. I guess because all grass pitches react differently.
Other than that, no problems. When we beat you 2-1 it took me 35 minutes to remember we were playing on 3G!
I feel, if you want to play on 3G up to Conference prem, there is no reason why you shouldn't. After that, its a different kettle of fish.
It would become a problem if it was the norm and I believe that's why everyone offical is so reluctant.

Ha ha, what about the way it reacts when our goalie has his shirt pulled and Luke Harvey taps in?....joke!
You make fair comments, and at least you've actually been to the ground and seen how it plays.

Good move to send him out on loan I thinkā¦ can be a very good player in the future who I believe could get in to the team now. I think he is good enough, he has strength, pace, and is decent in the air. Hopefully will gain some confidence and come back for the promotion push towards the end of the season when squad depth is vital.
