I have seen the young lad on the coach before, young men and larger,,, the Red card was funny, blowing the whistle, which you brought with you after reefing at the Gallagher in the morning was just a little bit stupid, not helped by those that should know better, treating him as a bit of a hero, just to make it clear I was informed that he was Reffing this morning, and even I thought it was fairly harmless, but you really cant behave like that at the footie...

Not the first time this has happened - anyone remember Southend away in the Football League, Mr Smoker? And NWS once got pulled up for having a violent baseball cap!

I remember that day clearly the supporters coach didn't leave Southend till the Maidstone fan was back on the coach.

Didn't somebody once get chucked out in the kent league because of their jumper (oh hark at me going in the kent league, pathetic)? Or have I just made that up? Edit to say - Actually I think I just made that up, they were probably just wearing a dodgy jumper when they got booted.
As for yesterday, in the context of it all I found it hilarious. Obviously a stupid thing to do, but we've all done stupid things. Anyway, isn't the ref supposed to carry different sounding whistles to cover this eventuality? Something else he was crap at...

Remember a fan getting thrown out at Lordswood (away) with the ref refusing to restart the game until the fan left the ground. The fan promptly walked outside, round the back of the ground and watched the remainder from the other side of the chainlink fencing!
