Kingstonian fans are welcome on here, and so are most other fans for that matter, I've been fighting the 3G battle on other clubs forums and endured a whole world of anti Maidstone abuse....."rules are rules"...blah blah blah... Kingstonian have been supportive of the 3G debate (probably a sign of their high intelligence)so I hope tomorrow we can get back to playing football. The pitch is maintained by AFCW kind of backs our argument up that clubs simply don't have the resources at non league level to maintain good grass pitches. Interesting post on the Wealdstone forum by the legendary Alan Ainsworth who pretty much spells out our current position and gets it spot on regarding budget, game plan etc. You mean he's not doing his usual start an argument in an empty room thing!!!!

I don't want it called off as it's a "train-day" trip to see the Stones and they always end up more memorable than the motorway drive trips. Also, we've all come together as a set of supporters in favour of a common goal over the last week (something the team could have done more of in the previous months), so I'm expecting a good noisy following for the stones tomorrow.

It's pretty windy which should hopefully help us. The rain is really coming down though.

REALLY looking forward to this.
But if it's does get abandoned, anyone fancy Dartford vs Luton? Luton are bringing 1,500 fans down.

According to their forum, a pitch inspection has been scheduled for 10.00am tomorrow morning, in anticipation of the forecast of heavy rain overnight.
