yup, we doing better than any of us, newbies or oldies, thought this year. and as a supporter of 30 plus years from a kid I am qualified enough to know that. but sometimes life gives you a sledgehammer you don't expect and, well, perspectives come into it. but mufc is still there regardless. win, lose or draw, play good or not so good, does it really matter, i'm still a stone and that will never change. WE ARE MAIDSTONE, coys.

A very profound piece of writing, ssstone. I may well be receiving one of those sledgehammers today. Like you say MUFC will still be there. TBH I've enjoyed going for years now regardless of how poor we are. There is always the hope you the team might do something (a perfect example was the 1-0 at top of the table Kingstonian a few seasons back when we were rubbish).bbish Saturday against Leiston. If I can get along tomorrow I hope we are better because most of what I have seen this season had been pretty good.

On Saturday with the reintroduction of the two naughty midfielders we will be better.
