I'm really looking forward to this, bit puzzled really why the FA Cup & Trophy don't attract more fans.
Eastleigh could be our toughest game since we exited the Football League (I'm sure someone will correct me), they have over 1,000 FL appearances spread around their squad and sit top of the Conny South. They look far stronger on paper than when Salisbury visted us, who now are 5th in Conf Nat, I would say this Eastleigh squad would easily survive in League 2.
I think they'll be too strong for us, but like we normally do against higher league opposition, we'll raise our game and hopefully it'll set a standard for up and coming league games. I'm going for a 1-2 defeat watched by 1691.

I think this will be on par with Salisbury who finished above Eastleigh last year. I think it's a stretch to say Eastleigh could compete in League 2, but I get your point that it'll be tough. We played great against Salisbury last year and I don't think they were expecting it. I have a feeling Eastleigh will not be so unprepared. However, it really depends on what kind of performance we put in, hopefully more like Salisbury than Boreham Wood.
2-2 Frannie (2)

" BOSCH BIDS FAREWELL TO FARNBOROUGH 12/11/2013 Alfred Bosch said Farnborough FC will always have a place in his heart after announcing his departure from the club to return home to his native Spain. The versatile defender has proved a huge hit with Boro fans since his arrival at the start of last season, bringing a continental flavour to Spencer Day's defence in his 42 appearances. The former Valencia youth team player has been forced to return home for "personal reasons" but has not ruled out the possibility of returning to Paddy Power Park for the start of next season. In a farewell message to the fans, an emotional Bosch said: “I would like to say that Saturday was my last match playing in the Farnborough shirt. “I have to go back to Spain for personal reasons, but I hope to be back playing again next year. “I have been really happy defending for this team. I want to say thank you very much to all my teammates, Spencer, Leigh, Roger and all the backroom staff, it was a huge pleasure to play with you this season. “For all the supporters, I don’t have the words to explain the affection I received from you, apart from saying thanks. “I am sad to write this letter, this team will always be in my heart. Good luck to Farnborough for all their future games.” Unfortunately the Spaniard will not have fond memories of his last game in a Farnborough shirt – or indeed the final minute - after Craig McAllister's strike deep into injury time handed title-chasers Eastleigh a last-gasp 1-0 victory on Saturday that they barely deserved.

I am expecting a tough game, but as long as the team put in a good performance, I will settle for any result, we don't want another Boreham Wood I reckon a healthy crowd around the 1900 mark....COYS

I hope for a 1 nil win to the Stones. Frannie scores! Since the heavens are unlikely to open I will say 1818 fans will watch a tense game.

Agree with Toon Eastleigh are a very good side and are favourites to win Conny south. Several familiar names in their squad and I just hope we can put in a performance and nab a glamour replay
