Anyone who went on the old Ryman forum will know AA has a fairly abrasive style, and talks crap about half the time. Also, according to the Wealdstone forum has barely been to a game this season, so has no right to pompously spout his views................

He actually said it was the first Ryman League game he'd been to so doesn't even know what competition he's watching. What an idiot.

He obviously watches various non league games but not a follower of any team.
Met a similar chap at Chipstead away last season.
Seems like there a few of his type about.

Strewth! Nice to hear porkystone say the someone doesn't have a right. Spot on! Could do with more people like him in Godlike positions. Too many parasites handing out non-existent "rights" in this country. Anyhoo, you lot... I have not seen a Ryman game this season as I've been living well outside Ryman territory. Be pedantic if you like, daveu, but two Ryman Premier teams meeting in a cup tie is more or less a Ryman fixture. I'd imagine I've seen more Ryman Premier games over the past two seasons than anyone on this forum. It's bloody obvious that the Lowestoft / Hornchurch / Billericay sides I mentioned on the Stonesnet site are previous incarnations, not whatever they're fielding at the moment. I don't know how many hammer throwers are gainfully employed by Ryman clubs this term, but you may find trouble if you encounter a gang of 'em. I thought Charley Roberston looked interesting in a 20-minute cameo when I did a quick scout of your lot v. Luton pre-season and he was impressive on Tuesday. Good luck for the season ahead. Good set-up, classy manager (he'll have to learn to cut that out), a low ringpiece count amongst the fanbase (stop playing the t**t, daveu & porkystone). The FA will make sure the Conference lets you up with your plastic pitch. If you go up. On what I've seen and on past seasons' requirements, I doubt you will, but, as you've pointed out, I haven't seen what you're up against.

Just watched the Highlights from StonesTV. I counted 28 chances 16 to us and 12 to them. Thoroughly entertaining game and probably just about the right result.

You've absolutely the right to comment on us, just as anyone on here absolutely has the right to point out that judging our entire promotion prospects on having seen us once in competitive action this year doesn't give you enough of a perspective to know what you're talking about. Please also feel free to have the right to compare the pretty football you saw to teams in previous years. Quite frankly however none of us will ever know whether those teams would really of taken us apart and to be honest why does it even matter!? Finally, please feel free to come on our forum and tell people to stop playing the t**t who disagree with your thoughts, however understand that other people will therefore have the view that your attitude means that the only ringpiece is your good self.

No need to stick up for us Harry. Alan and I had a few run ins on the old ryman forum, although I doubt he remembers since he had run ins with just about everyone.

Not sticking up for you and Porky, I know you guys certainly don't need my help Dave! Just thought I'd share my opinion on some of Alan's points as he was so keen to drop in and share his 'well informed' opinions with everyone.

He's the kind of person who can start an argument in an empty room. Don't know if you ever went on the old Ryman forum before it closed down, but there were some classic spats on there involving Alan, a chap called Ladderman who still posts on tony kempster, an exiled angels fan, and our very own and dearly beloved NWS...not forgetting a Chelmsford City fan called Peter Foster who I think may have been the one reponsible for eventually getting it closed down. It could be very tedious at times with everyone trying to have the last word, but it could also be quite entertaining and I must admit I quite miss it. It was also the only place where fans of all Ryman clubs could get together.

There was one final quite rapid bit of bitching one evening that broke the camel's back, it was deleted and site closed before more than a few people got to see. It had a good Ignore Thread function, so basically anything with NWS arguing the toss you could get rid. I miss it too. Oh well, Conf S forum to look forward to, one of these days! Will be more fun than baiting Beckenham fans on the KL forum (seems like yesterday...)

I'm more concerned with what might win the 12.50 at Hexham this afternoon ( could be Silver Sophfire at 15 - 2 is the value bet ).
