Actually, a message to you Ian Tucker. Ian, old boy, is there any chance that the PA volume can be turned down at The Gallagher ? Those of us in the main stand like nothing better than to moan to our amigo's before the game, which is difficult with music at high volume. OK, crank it up in the immediate build up to kick off to whip up an atmosphere, but not for a whole hour before....... Just a thought .

Quite agree, we were standing on the far side rail and the volume level from the speakers behind us was way too loud, my old man wears a hearing aid and he had to take it out, you couldnt have a conversation even with the person stood next to you

Loud music at sports events is a complete pain, it doesn't build atmosphere but does the complete opposite and just kills off atmosphere ... any fan generated atmosphere just gets over blown by it, people don't sing or even talk to their friends as you have to shout over the top of someone else's choice of 'musical' racket !! Please just turn it off and let the supporters make a real atmosphere not a fake, false one

I park myself in the townend leftside, due to the recent expansion of the townend stand the new leftside did not get an expansion of the pa. "BLISS"

Apparently it was Limp Bizkit! C'mon, Ian, let's get back to our roots, Britpop!

Point 1 It's loud because you miserable buggers in the stand keep moaning! Point 2 Stay in the bar until the last moment Sorted!

The tannoy / music has been dire since Terry got shot of the last person who did it. Ian is possibly one of the busiest men in the ground come match day, he's way to stretched to be worrying about music / timings of it / volume too.

Just to clarify, this wasn't designed at all as a "knock Ian" thread - Ian is one of the very best adverts for our club on match days.
