sorry to hijack thread but does anyone know any decent boozers near the ground? Once our web monkey pulls his finger out, there will be an away day guide on the iMUSC website (information courtesy of Trevor B). The Hampton & Richmond section recommends Railway Bell Station Road TW12 2AP Cottage style pub – good beers- not far from ground.There are other pubs within walking distance (even for me)

I had to drop the parents off at Gatwick yesterday at midday. The M26 was mental even at that time due to the roadworks as it joins the M25. Then obviously the M25 was an arse right upto my junction. Looked busy beyond too.
Could be another Hendon/Harrow so check the traffic in the morning!

From their website
As this will be a cracking atmosphere that will be worth sampling, Hampton & Richmond Borough can offer the following to tempt you down to the picturesque Beveree Stadium in leafy SW London:
1: Free admittance to all those fans 16 and under;
2: If you hold a valid season ticket to your club, you can get half price admittance, just £5 for adults!
3: No segregation! Get your refreshment and take it to the terraces to enjoy while you take in the game.
Maidstone Utd are one of the Ryman League's up-and-coming clubs and regularly take hundreds to away fixtures while averaging over 1,600 at their state of the art Gallagher Stadium. This is far and away the best supported club in the league.

I will bring my season ticket and see what happens, what a lovely gesture, the club will still get the money just means I will have another pint

Think I'll have a few drinks here in Earlsfield first, then 29 minutes direct to Hampton

Best Pubs in Hampton - The Railway Bell just outside the station or i would recommend.. the Coopers Cask pass the ground to end of the Station Road & cross over . Local beer prices can be on London Scale and Hammonds {the social club] can be the cheapest option. And being the nut case that makes the M25 crawl in the reverse direction for home games i can confirm that Sat morning traffic of late is horrendous in both directions .
