just seen seaotter in bearsted with his legs in slow motion. im picturing 30 odd blokes shuffling round town and homes today. im off down the mobility centre to see if its cheaper to hire a ride on electric thingy for a week or just for a few days. still, well worth it.

Was a pretty unanimous vote. Special mention for both 'keepers though, and also The Trolley with his peach of a left foot

Sounds like a great evening, was sorry I couldn't come and watch, how did it feel playing on the 3G? Bet it was a great experience playing on the pitch that you all regularly go to watch, very jealous lol.

To be honest eclipse, totally forgot about it being 3G after about a couple of minutes, perfect surface and even we managed to string a few passes together. Just like playing on a grass pitch in June all year round. After having a knee op 18 months ago I was a bit concerned as to wether there might be more impact from 3G. Not a bit of it though, the surface is very soft, with just enough give, no fear about diving around either(as their penalty award proved lol) Can see why away teams who pass the ball do so well on it.

Hopefully the virus I have in my legs will have cleared up by next year and I'll be able to add to the firepower. Only time will tell

Play on it every week and the surface had definitely slowed up again! After the maintenance works on it last week! After a year on it u could feel and notice the surface was alot slower again!

I'll use that excuse for my intercepted passes as well then!

It is quite obvious that the refereeing was biased, as I know, from standing on the terraces over the years, what fine primed athletes the supporters team was full of. Disgusting and we don't need it in modern football.

I totally enjoyed the whole thing, we had a good bit of changing room banter from start to finish, thanks to everyone involved for making it what it was QUALITY!!!!!!
