Just read what he thought about his time at The Stones, on Kent Online. Just about blamed everyone and everything apart from himself. Perhaps if he had a better attitude it would of worked out better for himself, just wants to be a big name player at Folkstone.

Yeah, best to move on, if a player is not happy at a club then no point hanging on to them, just find it a little strange though that he's excited about going back to playing in front of 200 people. Each to their own I guess.

Here's the link (hopefully) www.kentonline.co.uk/kent_messenger/news/King-I-was-never-happy-1328/Theres a certain amount of truth in what he says though I'd suggest ... still, as has been mentioned, it's time to move on, if he didn't like things playing for the Stones and feels he would be much happier at Folkestone then fair play to him and good luck, still seems a shame as I feel he could have become a legend at the club ... Onwards & upwards !

Seriously Ant? How many times has he been called lazy, disinterested, sulky etc etc ? Buggered if I'd want to play for a club whose fans were slagging me off before they'd seen the best of me

He doesn't strike me as the sensitive type.
Although he was confused by the furore surrounding your "what a waste of money" chant!
That said, the post on here that provided the inspiration for it wasn't the cleverest.

If my son acted like that in his team then I would give him what for!

Unfortunately I don't think he can handle the pressure especially since frannie signed he realised he is not going to be the number 1 and he obviously wants to be somewhere where he will be, shame though.

He lacks mental toughness. Danny Lye (though a lot less talented!)has taken a lot of abuse previously but rather than sulk and look disinterested just knuckled down and got on with his job. Those are people with character. I think King is very talented and skilful and would have loved for it to work out here but he has to play where he will be happy. Lets move forward and hope we can persuade Ade to resign! #COYS.
