Well Dorking lost, Truro dropped points, we're unbeaten for 8 games, and most clubs would take a draw at Torquay. But two lessons for George (I would humbly suggest): Lodivica has had enough chances. I've rarely seen a sub subbed off, but I've never seen it happen two games in a row - to the SAME player!! And, if you've got players of Pap and Benton's class on the pitch, and playing well - DON'T sub them! I'm not sure my blood pressure can take a whole season of trying to hang on to one nil leads... It’s ludicrous that Lodivika had been a subbed sub twice in a row. It’s also ludicrous that Shaq doesn’t get to start a game with n Blair and yes the wrong players (apart from HL) seem to get subbed. But we got a good away point. |

Just read the Torquay report.
They sound very happy with the point in the end.
Frustrating not to come away away with 3 points but a draw is a good result.

Still not convinced by Lodo
He's not exactly blessed with pace or heading ability and seems to have a problem knowing where to be at the right time.
I guess we need to be patient.

Enjoyed that, didn’t really expect to get a point, only 9 points behind Truro in 2nd with 2 in hand.
Boy, we do play the ball around fast most of the time don’t we, maybe a little too much so
Also enjoyed the DAZN stream and the commentary from Radio Devon, very impartial, the guy (Joseph Terry) even sounded more than a bit like Fred, same tone, similar accent and cadence even.

Some games the long ball finds players charging forward. Others, it keeps rolling ineffectually out of play.

Sorry but I can't get onboard with anyone saying this is a good point.
In the context of the game it's 2 points lost.
We were ahead and Torquay were poor - their commentator sounded totally dejected at times by their play.
Alexis makes a big error conceding a goal that Sunday league keepers should save.
Poor subs, Benton was removed (our best player) and Paps removed so Lodovica could play 12 mins and be removed.

Unofficial heights on YouTube appear to show Andre was beaten by an odd bounce of the ball. No slomo replay, so must wait for something more definitive. Lovely free kick from Charlie though.

Clearly continuing to use a player who clearly isn’t good enough is ridiculous. But to name him Ludicrous is out of order in my opinion. As I said before, he has a given name, use it. Also, I’m not gonna repeat yet again my opinion of Alexis, but I’ve read several posts on here and Facebook suggesting the goal was down to him. |

The poor start puts a a bit more pressure on to get wins. I was looking at the live table when we were one up and it looked ok. A point at Torquay is a good point |
