A statement has appeared on the King's Lynn website blaming drunkeness. The Wordop fans involved were wearing leather gloves which apparently is the required uniform of local organised thugs. The Worksop players were heard calling the Linnetts fans six fingered,not sure I know the meaning of that insult but could hazard an educated guess at a slang word for wankers. I have checked the Worksop website but as yet there is no mention of the incident.

An update for you. Worksop have issued a long,long statement which I will summarise fir you. Kings Lynn fc are talking Bollocks, there was one incident when a Linnetts fan threw his beer over a Worksop fan which was swiftly dealt with. The major incident was a Kings Lynn player who smashed part of the dugout up, Kings Lynn have agreed to pay for the damage. So which of the two clubs is lying ?

The glory hunters will return with a vengeance as it could be the only'BIG'tie of the season. It doesn't matter too much to me as I'm at a wedding, health permitting . Most people I've seen posting elsewhere think this almost a walkover for the Stones,I think they could well be very disappointed. They are saying that Gravesend are bottom of the league but conveniently forget we are 17th and could possibly be lower come the game. I don't think it will be the TV game ,I think Eastleigh v Sarfend may be the tie.

Agree, grovegreeny negativity is way ott, but it seems to keep him happy even if his passion is to make the rest of us feel miserable.
But he's right that Ebbsfleet will start as favourites but we def have a chance.
Great local derby, enjoyed some terrific matches against them in the past, when we've done alright.
Hoping we can produce enough on the day.

I think GGstones negativity is based on a very reasonable scale of factual evidence - low league position, poor results, disappointing individual player and team performances, not looking any better than lowly sides like HB and crazy recruitment (ludiwhatshisname) and inability to keep/get back good talent (Faal).

Its very much in line with a factual scale and not off it at all.

You really need Amber coloured specs showing you a complete turnaround in all of those facts before Christmas to say its "off scale" negativity. 

When the reality changes, so will the posts on this forum get more supportive.
