The club have appointed Zach Foster-Crouch as Community Football Co-ordinator to oversee all women and girls football at the club with particular responsibility for driving these changes.
I guess this also means a re-organisation of the recruitment side of the club.

Be good if they'd get someone checking the pitches. Some of our players were halfway there on Sunday when it got cancelled

New women's senior team manager appointed: youtu.be/M-J4LRs0EyE?Club obviously taking this seriously. I've quite enjoyed the few women's games I've seen, but I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to watch one. Not so much because I don't want to watch the game, it's more that I have enough to do without giving up another afternoon. Maybe the answer is not to schedule women's games on weekends when the men's team is away, but to do 'double-headers' - put the women's games on before of after the men's matches, but just charge the one entrance fee? Would fans bother staying or turning up two hours early to watch both?
