Going to jinx it completely, but...
Literally every team around us is facing strong opposition on Saturday - games that, on paper, should go badly for them:
Dorking Wanderers v Bromley FC Halifax Town v Boreham Wood Woking v Altrincham Wrexham v Aldershot Town Notts County v Yeovil Town
Maidstone United v Oldham Athletic
Dagenham & Redbridge v Scunthorpe United Barnet v Torquay United Gateshead v Southend United
If ever there was a time for us to change our fortunes, this is it.

Gonna be several hundred miserable old northerners in town on Saturday if Maidstone win.

Gonna be several hundred miserable old northerners in town on Saturday if Maidstone win. I think the Oldham fans have realised now that they are indeed shit and have no divine right to 3pts.They are blaming it on lack of effort from the players and no real desire to win and so in my opinion they are there for the taking. We must score first to have any chance of winning as I don't think we are yet ready to win games from behind.we must start with the same 11 as Saturday which means no place for captain Hoyte who may be still suspended any way.

I agree Fowler was immense at right back against Scunthorpe. I think Gavins was only a one match ban but would seem silly to change it, especially as Gavin has not been at his best in any case.

Probably no coincidence that our current improvement, referees notwithstanding, comes as we have players at long last available again.

Surprised this isn't one of the all ticket matches. When it was announced at least 4 home games would be, I assumed it would be Southend, Oldham, Notts County and Wrexham. Of the other top 6 attendances in the division, we've already played Chesterfield and York at home so not sure who else it could be? Corinthian bringing 800+ and flooding the home end if the KSC adds replays?

Oldham might bring more if they weren’t the other end of the country and their team struggling so badly. I predict 400 old moany old men. From what I’ve heard, their home youth club make ours look like angelic virgins.

Big opportunity for the club to really push towards 3000+ attendance.
Coming off the back of a clean sheet and away victory and No Premier League or Championship fixtures there won't be a better opportunity to boast the home support.
Despite Oldham's dip still think they will bring 400-500

Just looked at the odds for Saturday and our win at Scunny has led the bookies to install us 5/4 favourites with Oldham way out at 15/8, the draw us a standard 5/2. So 3pts here we come🤣
