Tickets for the game can apparently be purchased here: club2app.co.uk/ ( scroll down until you come to selection of venue - pick Chichester obv ). As per tweet from Chichester this morning. It’s not all ticket though, is it ? I haven’t seen anything saying it is.

No, it's odd that this tweet just appeared, nothing on our site about ticketing and the Chichester site is not that well managed by the look of it. Maybe we just live life through twitter now ?

Their ground only holds 2,000. Perhaps they plan to sell tickets in advance and see how many go before making a decision on whether to make it all-ticket? Their average home attendance in the league is only a couple of hundred, so I wouldn't have thought it necessary - no disrespect to ourselves, but it's not as though they are playing an FL side in the first round, and not the most attractive away fixture for us as it's only the second qualifying. they might get 800 - 1,000 with a bit of added local interest and we take quite a few but I can't see it being any more than that.

Tim there must be enough interest in this fixture to run a coach.

Attendance will be less than 1000,possibly much less.

Spikey spike posted on facebook that entrances by advance ticket only, methinks he is wrong.

Seems like we will def be missing two centre backs on Saturday. Taylor Curran suspended for properly taking one for the team. Joe Ellul injured after falling awkwardly having won yet another header. Joe still all booted up and has his xray Tuesday. Fingers crossed. But the team is looking good everywhere, more heart, more skill, more effort. Predicting a decent win v Chichester. Onwards and upwards.

We don't have a huge amount of cover in that position if memory serves correct, but the obvious replacement would be Binnom-Williams based purely on size and position.

You don't really 'use up' suspensions, the player is just not permitted to play the next appropriate game - the club has no say in the matter. As the next game is an FA game, that will count as his suspension.

Binnom-Williams to play centre back with George and Raph Brown (if fit) left back or if not fit Michael Philips. Pavey and McGlashan to start. Billy Johnson in goal?

Sorry, wasn't clear at all - I meant more in the sense that it's between competitions (as in league and cup) so wasn't sure as the card happened in the league, it wouldn't apply to a cup game, but it sounds like it does? If it does, it's probably good it's in the cup against a lower league team than in the league with Ellul out for a bit.

Apparantly the rules changed two years ago - yellows only count in the comptetion they were given in. I'm not entirely convinced of this and haven't got the time right now to check it out, but it appears to be the case. Bloody Covid!!

If I recall correctly, for the Hemel game Browne was RB, Hoyte & George CBs & Binnom-Williams LB.

So if that is the case, I'd probably prefer him to miss this game rather than Bath away. Does anyone know if it's only a one match ban? As it was 2 yellows, I'd imagine so.
