How many points have we thrown away at the death now? Pretty much every away game. When are we going to learn 🤷🏼‍♂️ Feels like a defeat but to be honest not sure we deserved the win.

Seven points dropped in the last four games, from last minute goals as well. Otherwise, we would be fourth. Dropping occasional points is one thing, but four games in a row is nothing short of a habit and a bad one too.

Shared points before the match would probably have sounded reasonable. 2 - 2 is a decent result. But it is not coincidence or bad luck that we cannot see games out. It is not coincidence or bad luck that we conceed most of our goals from dead ball situations. Today's performance in truth was a bit disappointing with a few below par individual performances

Dropping points late in games seems to be becoming a habit but is it fitness/stamina, psychological or just random chance? Just putting the question out there because I've got no idea!

Good point made by royalstone, is this problem bigger than what we all think? It,s so annoying watching the side battle for 85mins then letting all the good work go to waste, we need to sort this out soon or we o the rest of the season,we will play better teams than Dartford so need to push up our standard of football.

We did against Torquay, a league and several places above us, so why not Dartford? There again, Hampton beat high flying Wealdstone, while Barrow are now top of the NL. It's a funny old game.

Dropping points late in games seems to be becoming a habit but is it fitness/stamina, psychological or just random chance? Just putting the question out there because I've got no idea! Although today I blame the dropping of 2 points firmly on Wishart for the first time I'm thinking its the management tactics that are suspect.
I don't disagree that we didn't necessarily deserve to win but Dartford were woeful for much of the game and didn't look capable of scoring.
At 2-0 up and us playing with two goal scoring forwards Dartford were there for the taking. So we sat back, played deeper, then deeper again. Finally Wishart decided to follow the trend and pussyfoot around in the corner when there were at least two good chances to get rid. Gives Dartford the corner from which they score and gives them the confidence they hadn't shown in the previous 85 minutes.
I suggest we appear too negative. And, if that's correct, then it comes from the management.
But what do I know?

Fair point from Pedant, John and Hakan do talk about seeing the game out sometimes, which probably means dropping back and inviting the opposition to break you down. Whether or not this is the intention, we've have seen plenty of it in recent matches and lost a shedload of points.

Sadly I dont think we have the correct balance or quality within our current squad to be able to sit back an see out games. It always ends up in us dropping points or even worse end up losing. These results must have an impact on the teams confidence, so it,s back to the drawing board for JS an his team.

Diabolical. First half was dire. Literally needles in eyes. 30 minutes for second half played well scored 2. **SHOCK** Final 5 fell asleep conceded 2. Torquay doesn’t mean a great team....on average a team that hasn’t got the guts. Raging Why do you bother.....
