The bizarre bit is Josh being signed by Dagenham. Probably going to be loaned out to Dover.

Reunited with Paul Doswell Fear this is going to be the start of a pattern over the summer we surely need to attract 4 or 5 players of this quality to prosper in NLS but i think the budget restraints imposed by the owners will make it difficult

We can hope. Ross Warner was exactly the type of quality and experienced player we need alongside the younger, untested players that John Still will recruit. But by all accounts in JS's office there is a board with at least 3 names penned in for every position. Rumour has it that RW was on the list and why wouldn't he be ? If John doesn't get his first choice, then it's onto the second and failing that the third. In reality there is not likely to be much quality differences between the names and no guarantees that 1st choices end up any better than 3rd choices. Character, ambition, hunger and quality are all the attributes the squad players need. Over to you Mr Still.

We all know where spending more than we earn ends up.

West Ham? As in top half of the PL? That West Ham? Yeah. That's it. The one that's much easier to support than your local team playing 5 miles up the road.

In your defence (kind of...) we all make our choices. I used to go to every home game at Sittingbourne with an almost religious enthusiasm. I've been to JWW about 10 times since we moved in. People, and their priorities, change.
