A bit like road rage, people seem to think they are invulnerable on these sites and can say what they like with impunity. While those of such ilk are unlikely to think before they post, something to consider might be that it is one thing to criticise someone's BEHAVIOUR, eg 'you are behaving in an idiotic way', but it is not acceptable to directly CALL someone an idiot - or whatever. Chances are though that such advice is wasted on those that ought to pause before they post.

Weren’t than idiotic thing to say though As Carl Jung once said "idiocy is not a mental condition for if it were we would all be incarcerated" and apparently Freud answered with "shut up you idiot"

And continuing the theme: "Never argue with an idiot. He will only bring you down to his level and beat you with experience."

With one game to go and someone reckoning that JS2 and HH are already having "those discussions" with the squad (Certainly at Sutton HH seemed like he cant wait!), who do we think is staying?
Amaluzor and Embery seem to be the only strong bets with maybe Lewington, but the rest seem all up for pastures new - both those running and those being pushed.
Anyone got any other punts whilst we await the first news to trickle through over the coming weeks?

Tbh I wouldn't mind if only those 3 stay put although it would be great if Turgott signed again. De Havilland and Swaine are decent but they lack commitment to the club, let alone the supporters. It is almost more a worry that some of the others could be retained.

We need an experienced spine of the team.
For me Lewington in goal.
Swaine centre back.
A Walton type player in the middle, but not Walton himself as his legs have gone.
A striker like Reid from Lincoln, way out of our budget, but that kind of character and physical presence.
The rest of the squad can be made up of Emburys and other young players ready to prove themselves.
In the past we have managed about a 50/50 success rate with signings, but that will need to be higher if we replace 90% of the squad! Let’s hope JS2’s scouting works well!

While so many of the players have given HH/JS little reason to keep them, nor us fans any confidence either, our cup runs suggest that most could probably do ok in the NLS. Wishart may not have been the best, but was at least still looking interested in the Braintree game, so he might be one more. If Turgott goes, then we need a new captain and not sure we have anyone else who fits the bill, especially if WDH moves on as well. Wonder who they can find?

Look at the players John Still has signed in the past for clues.
One player I would like to see is Callum Reynolds. Currently captain at Barnet and signed by Still from Aldershot.
Another player is Right wing back Ben Nunn signed by Still two seasons ago and out of contract at Dagenham this Summer.
If we a looking at local players with hunger what about Ben Swift getting rave reviews at Margate. I guess with Ben it's all about if he wants it enough.

I think GEORGE MCLENNAN could do a job for us in NLS.. He showed a lot of promise but is a confidence player.
