So Tranmere v B Wood tomorrow; Harrogate v Brackley, Hampton v Braintree on Sunday.
I really want Tranmere to win, although Boreham Wood in the League would be tragi-comic. Brackley and Hampton please. Just laziness (easier to get to).

Ah, so you are not a fan of Betty's in Harrogate, then? That's a potential weekend away for me.

For me it has to be Tranmere, a proper football club who are well supported, Harrogate for the reason given by Headstone, Betty’s is a lovely place to visit, finally I plunge for Braintree for no other reason that a work colleague supports them

Tranmere not making it again would be quite funny, but so too would Boring being in the League. On balance, I think it's only fair to let Tranmere go back up, they've done their time.
Don't really care about the NN, but another 3G club might be useful.
And I suppose it might as well be Braintree. Despite the result, the distopian setting, the coach getting lost, and having to stand in constant drizzle for two hours, I quite enjoyed my only away trip there - certainly the best pre-game pub lunch I've had away.

Harrogate is a lovely town I have links with. Tranmere really need to escape this league, but BW playing in front of hundreds would have a comedy value. Don't like Essex much, so Hampton it is.

Tranmere are a Football League club in all but name and a Boreham Wood victory would be a travesty but funny I will be joining my friends from Hampton on Sunday hoping they can make it third time lucky and defeat Braintree.

I'm with you on all those to keep the travelling down, although Boreham Wood going up would mean we wouldn't have to pay for doing commentary there next season. On the other hand, going on past experience Braintree might not let us do it at all!

The house I spent my first 5 years in was opposite Hampton Court, so I suppose that makes H&R sort of one of my home teams.
Mind you, as the other two are Walton and Hersham and Romford, that doesn't exactly bode well for H&R...

Tranmere player sent off after 40 secs. The shortest Wembley appearance ever?!! But they are winning 1-0.
Player hit by a thrown bottle in goal celebrations and now substituted.
This looks like it will be remembered for all the wrong reasons.
Tranmere used all their subs by half-time. 2 injuries.
How much more help do Wood need?
None: 1-1 45+7.

Really good game this. No one can't deny the real quality in this league.

How much of a fuckwit is Ridehalgh doing a two footed lunge after forty seconds? Can Tranmere hold on and hope for penalties? Wouldn't want to be in his shoes if they fail again...

Incredible effort by the ten of Tranmere. BW a more than decent side this year, but there ought to be a rule about clubs going up with well under a thousand regular supporters. Justice done, methinks.
