They always have a couple of legends in the room and do an interview with them on stage. He was hugely critical in one interview of a recent chairman who may or may not have been a previous owner of Chelsea. Good for him. Whatever happened to the sainted Norman Bates? Do you think he got promoted or relegated in that heavenly league in the sky? If you mean Norman 'bites your legs' Hunter, he's still around and along with Eddie Gray at the club every matchday. Norman turned up to do a coaching session at my lad's primary school about 20 years ago - he must have been in his mid to late 50s then.

No, I meant ye olde Ken Bates...... Still around as we saw from last week's Wembley for sale story. Having managed to sell Leeds to the only poor Arab Bankers in the world, Bates manages to maintain a foothold with his now defunct Yorkshire Radio DAB station imaginatively re-titled Radio Yorkshire with 4 listerners (including their dog) lodging above a chain sandwich shop opposite the stadium at Elland Road. The most recent insult to injury saw the station lose commentary rights when Cellino left the club.
