No work for me or the wife so hopefully I should be there.

Hoping that Coker will be fit and with turgott back in side, if they are we might stand a chance as against BW without them we did not look like scoring. Having said that if our defence plays like they did on Tuesday it will put us in good standing.
Prestedge will come in for Lewis I imagine. Would give Pax a chance over Reason, who's been very disappointing last few weeks.

Tranmere are a good side, but their confidence must be a bit shaky at the moment, so a good positive start from us (perhaps even an early goal!) will rattle them. I don't understand what's happened to Reason, but I would play Paxman anyway. I'm not convinced by Prestedge this season, but I suppose he's the natural replacement for Lewis.

Paxman the obvious replacement for Lewis. Prestedge does not have the skipper's pace or energy. Think I would prefer Wynter in the holding midfield role - sounds like he did ok at BW. Would also swap Anderson for Hare and allow Twumasi to play on his preferred side as attacking full back. Trouble is, that means we don't carry much attacking threat, but 0-0 would be a great result. Apart from the Trophy win at Torquay, when did we last keep a clean sheet? However, if we do go on the defensive route, Jay MUST show he has a plan B and change to a more attacking formation if (when?) we concede a goal. Best chance will be to do a Barrow, grab a goal and park the bus. COYS. Please....

Tsunami is a must for me - my player of the year so far.
0-0 would be fine, probably the best we can realistically hope for. But, as 61666 says, we must have a plan B, because on our record, we WILL concede a goal. And keeping it down to one is only OK if you can manage to put one in at the other end!

We improved Tuesday but any Tranmere team half at the races will be good enough . They lost to the the league leaders , we are without a win in 16. Let’s give the team a welcome like we did last week and pray they don’t turn up wanting to play half as good as they can

Tranmere resting players because they can't play on 3G?
I wonder, on what surface did they picked up any injuries?

Really not looking forward to this match purely because I find Tranmere fans to be some of the most arrogant rude fans I have ever come across in all the years I have been involved in football.
