Our last scheduled evening away game, hopefully the tunnel will be clear at tea time, would take a very scruffy 1-0 win in what is a soulless ground, whatever I'll getting behind the boys, hope to see some of you there.

See you there 👍
On paper and realistically we should experience another fine L next to us in the form charts, but we need to hope the turnaround starts tonight. We wanted it to start probably against Eastleigh, Bromley..Barrow..but it has to start sometime, right? 🙏🏻

The run has to end sometime... why not tonight if we have our new defensive set up? We won and drew there last season...

We all need to get grouped together and make noise. If nothing else we can enjoy the terraces

Could be an 'interesting' night, as there's a full set of games tonight (weather allowing).
Of particular interest to us:
Chester v Orient
Fleet v Woking
Barrow v Gateshead
Halifax v Hartlepool
Solihull v Wrexham
Current table:
Woking 33 42 Orient 33 39 Stones 33 39 Hartlepool 32 37 Barrow 32 35 Halifax 33 35 ------------------ Solihull 33 33
Much as a win would be welcome, we could still find ourselves at 17th, unless Fleet stuff Woking. Orient losing as well would see us up to 15th, but that would require at least one small miracle.
Should we lose, we need a draw at Halifax, Barrow to lose, and Wrexham to beat Solihull. More or less any other result, and things start to look even stickier (although a Halifax win wouldn't be entirely bad news).
If games go to current form, by 9:30 the table could look like this:
Orient 34 42 Woking 34 42 Hartlepool 33 40 Stones 34 39 Barrow 34 38 Solihull 34 36 ------------------ Halifax 34 35
Down to 18th and now only points clear - and, after Tranmere, we face Solihull...
(Thanks to butlerisalegend for pointing out a horrible mistake - now corrected.)

How are Hartlepool still below us?

New defensive set up to be tried tonight(Kent online)
Saunders is likely to give on-loan Wycombe defender Will de Havilland his debut at Meadow Park and should also have Alex Finney available. That could mean Alex Wynter being used as a holding midfielder, a position he played at MK Dons in the FA Cup.
Blair Turgott can't play against his parent club while Andre Coker is out for two or three weeks with a tear in his thigh.

Didn't we lose 4-0 when Wynter played the holding midfield role at MK Dons?
