Barrow were one of the worst sides at the Gallagher this season but somehow we managed to be even worse. Not sure what the answer is but i said a few weeks ago we were sleep walking towards relegation. Time to wake up or it will end in tears. Hopefully with Finney and our two new defenders back this week we will be tighter. Although today our attacking was pretty disappointing. Jay must be so frustrated. Same as the away game, both sides were shit And We Scraped A 1-0 Win.

It was bad, not 1 shot on target I don’t think, apart from words, Lewis and pax the others were poor. We are going down if this keeps on. The only trouble is with all these loans players is that they take time to settle in and then at the end of the season they are off leaving us in the same position. Losa has got to stop going down too easy, it’s embarrassing. Won’t have to worry about the pitch at this rate for a long time, something has got to change, and quick.

Jay won’t be pushed out but if we go down he should do the right thing and go himself as he ultimately has got to take responsibility for shite on the pitch.

Pax was mom today, we need to change our formation and put two up top, we don't get enough bodies in the box. Admitedly they got there goal and then got everyone back behind the ball, we tried to walk the ball in, how about shooting, anything could happen rather than nothing at all.

Jay sounded really down in the post match interview. Hardly surprising with the games coming up. If BW play like they did here, we will be torn apart.

At least the owners can cancel the plans for the ground extension.

Why no Tsunami? Not playing him effectively cuts the supply in half.
Neither side looked like scoring if we'd played another hour, I lost count of how many 'goals' they failed to convert - if they were any good up front, they'd have thrashed us 5-0. They did what they had to do - ran at us until they (somehow) scored and then shut up shop. But I'm not even sure they needed to do that - we never once looked like scoring. The only time I remember their keeper doing anything was catching a ball fired squarely at his stomach. Still at least ONE of our attempts was on target.
Apart from all the usual - long kicks that just come straight back, crap defending, unable to convert chances, misplaced passes, pointless, hopeful 'shots' at goal (or at least approximately in the vicinity of goal), etc - we seem unable to hold on to possession and unable to win the ball back when the other side have it. Pretty fundamental stuff. There were also quite a few players out there who just didn't seem to care. Watch the way they come off the pitch - do you see any heads down? No, just chatting to their friends...
Maybe things will get better, the new signings will bed in, miracles will happen - otherwise, we'd better hope that around 42 points is enough to stay up, because I can't see us getting much more than that.

And another thing...
I don't sing/chant, so I know I can f**k off, but what is the point of only drumming/chanting when we are winning (or, in our case, not losing)? Surely the whole point of all that is to raise the team? Going deathly quiet because we are a goal down and letting 93 Barrow supporters out-sing us for most of the game isn't going to do that.
And why go down the other end? It might sound loud in the TE, but in the rest of the ground we can hardly hear you.
Make a noise, make it all game and make in in the EE.
And now I'm f**king off.

I wouldn’t be as rude to tell anyone to f*** off on here, but criticise the drummer or the fans who actually sing during games is poor form! The fans are the least of the clubs problems and without Marshall drumming and the vocal fans the Gallagher would be a very quiet place.

Tactics were all wrong today with Barrow defending so deep with two massive central defenders.

Not good enough today, we looked afraid to take any shots at their keeper. Can't understand why we just kept smashing crosses into the box when their centre back is like 6ft 7. Only a few players really did try. I thought Wynter did ok at the back and Worgs made some good saves to keep us in it but let's face it, we could have been playing till 10pm tonight and we still wouldn't have scored. On the positive side if their is one at the moment is we've got Beckwith for Tuesday and hopefully Finney will be able to play because we really do need him back. Big performance needed on Tuesday against a good Boreham Wood side! Can't say I'm optimistic about it though.

Without the Barrow supporters it would have been a morgue.

Another loss and very disappointed by the way we lost. No win next Tuesday or Saturday for sure and our season is spirraling downwards toward the NS next season.
