For any supporters who haven't been to one before I can highly recommend a visit. Q & A with Jay and the owners, information about next ground development and a beer for those inclined.

I'm still recovering from a bad dose of Old Codger Killer, so I can't make the meeting. If someone could take some notes and post them on here it would be appreciated. Ta.

Not the flu but work so would appreciate some feedback too. Perhaps someone could find out whether we have a new captain (Stuart Lewis).

So according to Facebook the Riverside is going to be the next stand?
Not going to knock it, but had hoped home and away fans could have been separated.

So according to Facebook the Riverside is going to be the next stand? Not going to knock it, but had hoped home and away fans could have been separated. Assuming it will be seating, it's the most cost-effective option at the moment. Given the costs of replacing the TE, I can't see O&T facing that one until they have to. Seats down the side would also make it easier to turn the TE into the away end. A much better arrangement to have rival fans chanting at each other from two ends of the pitch, rather than trying to separate them.

Not feasible with the configuration of the ground. Riverside is going to be four rows of covered seats. Town end will in the fullness of time be a replica of the Genco stand but that's for the future.

Did they mention what the capacity will be on the riverside? Did they show plans?

Did they mention what the capacity will be on the riverside? Did they show plans? 600 seats I think. Plans will be on the website in a week or so. Not on the MBC website yet.

What new facilities will there be under the Genco stand ? Proper toilets are due to be in place by end of March. Not sure about the rest. Also they are talking about put 30 rail seats in the away section so that all away fans will be in the Genco.

On a personal note I am £35 better off in club shop vouchers as Andre and I were the only ones to match Jay's and Bill's selections for the golden goals competition.

Yes 640 seats in the riverside stand (4 deep) with a walkway behind the stand (the new strip of land from the council, who incidentally are charging £20,000 for it, nice to know they support the club). Stuart Lewis to be on field captain, easier to speak to ref.

I think the requirement for the league is about 5500 I may be wrong. If so and another 640 seats are going in where will the rest of the capacity requirements be ?

Think it's 1000 seats with the ability to increase to 2000. So this brings us up to around 1400 seats, with the Elvis End able to convert to seating. A new Town End terrace at some stage in the future would probably provide enough standing capacity to make up numbers. It's all been a it ad hoc and piecemeal, but well done to the owners for making the best of a limited site.

Ps I just read it’s 5000 with 1000 seats increasing to 2000 by year 3 but not sure if that’s still up to date
