Definitely not all down to Delano !
At least DSM will be back for Saturday which improves out striking options.
We have been very reliant so far this season on Joe Pigott to lead the line, fingers crossed he keeps clear of injury
But with Ter Horst and Wraight not making a big impact in matches so far, attacking options are thin
Two of our best attackers, Hines and Loza still look some way short of full match fitness.
They looked pretty lightweight and ineffectual versus BW, probably good for 45 minutes each.
I suspect Jay is unlikely to pitch the two together to start again, any time soon.
Stuart Lewis imo is our best and most consistent midfielder, with Jai Reason not too far behind
Reece Prestedge hasn't been at his best recently, but without a fit Ollie Muldoon, not much competition
Sure we have other midfielders on our books or loaned out, but are any of them strong National League players who are ready to make a big impact.
Wynter and Finney look our strongest centre back pairing. Hopefully Alex won't be absent for too long, Finney does not seem so steady without him
I thought Anderson had a mare on Tuesday but in fairness that was a blip in an otherwise good season
Shame that Josh Hare is taking time to recover though, as he is good enough at full back or defensive midfield.
Still in my view we have a very good squad, but form and fitness is just below par at the moment
