It's stopped raining in Ulverston for the time being.I haven't seen a single Stones fan yet who've also travelled up by train. This could be a small old turn out today.

I'm regretting not putting any factor 50 on. It's weather for burning gingers at Holker Street

I believe 67 brave souls made the journey up, the weather at 1130 was torrential rain, however an hour or so later the sun came out and stayed out for the entire game. Brief synopsis of the game 1st half poor 2nd half much improved, the referee was consistently bad throughout the game, some decisions I'm still not sure about, anyway onwards and upwards

Is this a hybrid of two words?

Pretty dour game but Stones weathered a pretty boring 1st half and deserved t0 win in the 2nd. B&A Army made more noise than the other 1000 odd in the ground put together! Loved the " Is this a library" chant ! Turned into a glorious sunny afternoon here in The Lakes. Hope that everyone has a safe journey back home to The Garden of England.

Top of the form table in the last 10 games. Great effort by the team. Can't wait for the two home games next week. If the form continues, the owners will have to look at getting the stadium expanded as soon as. League 2 here we come.

Technically we'd still be promoted to League 2 for a couple of weeks, then double relegated from there to the Conny Sarf, unless I've been understanding wrong this whole time.

Lovely birthday present from the Stones!
Decent commentary, as well - signal didn't drop once and both mic levels were good (and the same!). Funny how the technical stuff always seems to work better when the Boss is in charge...
Good to hear the Exodus programme afterwards as well - well worth a listen if anyone still hasn't heard it. It's a pity we can't have something like this following the commentary every week, as it's always a bit of an anti-climax when the football ends so abruptly at 5. But I suppose it would be a technical/programming nightmare to put on a regular footy programme after each game.

Well done to The Stones for winning yesterday and a massive thanks to those who made the long journey up there to support the team. Bring on Bromley on Tuesday, but please let's not repeat the result from last year. COYS.
