On the right side of the TE (as you face the pitch) the pa is so inaudible that I'm not convinced they actually put a speaker in when they extended it.
When we moved to the granddad stand it was wonderful to hear substitutions, goal scorers, attendance, etc - a whole new experience!

I'd love the old song back. There's always one..... Sorry? We do. Until the start of this season it was Fire by Kasabian. For some strange reason they have changed to Seven Nation Army this year. Strange choice in my opinion. can't think of many (any) other clubs using Fire but Seven Nation Army is pretty common. I think we should dust off the old "stones, stones, come on you stones.....let's have another one in".

For the benefit of those "OLDER GENERATION" how about "THE HAPPY CLAPPY SONG" BY Joel Wildgoose.

Are you seriously expecting the main stand to clap AND be happy??

Ha. To be fair, I don't have the world's greatest hearing (years of playing gigs probably doesn't help) but I've stood and sat in loads of different places in the ground. In some areas, the sound is deafeningly loud and in others so quiet, you genuinely wouldn't know we had a PA as it's totally inaudible. Sadly, it will be of great surprise to HS that we have a PA system

We gave the Leyton orient fans a walk out song when floods of them we're leaving before the final whistle 😜

If only Paxman could do the same! I don't mean exit the club, I mean release the ball earlier - and more accurately. I say this from the objective position of not having been at the game, but having read the relevant thread on here....

It's difficult to get to games with my legs permanently crossed - but I hope to be recovered enough to make it to Sutton.
